We ship daily via UPS and FedEx Ground services. Shipping costs are included with our pricing if we are shipping UPS ground and UPS Freight. We do not offer COD. UPS Air Rates can be found easily in our shopping cart. Click the add to cart link for the scooter you want to get an air shipping rate for, then choose the color, next hit check out and enter in your shipping information & hit continue. The next screen will give you the option of choosing an AIR or Ground shipment. Ground will display as free and overnight and 2-day rates will be displayed in the drop down menu under Choose Your Shipping Method. You can also call us for a shipping rate quote, although checking in our online store is much faster.

All of our X-Treme Scooters™ ship out of the X-Treme warehouse located near Tacoma WA. Most shipping times are 1-5 days only. We always ship your order the day you order if we receive it before 1130 AM PST. Shipping is available Monday through Friday. All parts orders are shipped 5 days per week via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground.

We will e-mail you with a shipping confirmation and your tracking number generally before 5PM PST on the day your item(s) ship to you. Shipping transit times are located below. The day your package ships does not count as a day. Example: Order ships on Monday going to Florida. Tues is day 1, Wed is day 2 and Monday is day 5, the delivery day. Weekends & Holidays do not count as a day.

We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping to the lower 48 States. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is available with a shipping fee. Please e-mail or phone us for a shipping rate quote. We do not ship to Canada due to Canadian Transport Regulations or outside of the USA. Exception, we will ship the XB-502 and XB-610 Electric Bicycles to Canada in addition to a $100 shipping charge.

NOTE: Expedited Shipping is NOT available for Electric Bicycles, Mopeds, Pocket Bikes and Mobility Scooters. These models only ship by Freight.

FedEx & UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or Holidays and the day it ships for ground service.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.
We do not offer COD.
